2002-2003? The birth of a monster. This pic was the first time I introduced Kay Rich (back then it was just Kyle) to the turntables. From there it was history. If you didn't know, Kay Rich used to be me "body guard"/ carry my crates to gigs during high school.
When I could only carry one crate, he'd carry two...on one arm. And now he's one of my favorite DJ's (Catch him on B95 Central Cali). He's definitely the life of the party. Today, he'd still probably start beat boxing and banging on a table at Burger King, to The Clipse - Grinding.
